In 2016, I had a successful career in Real Estate and became an investor very quickly. With interest rates below 4% for the first time in decades it felt like a great time to invest! My main goal was always to have passive income through real estate and build my portfolio so that one day I could live off of it. After a few years, 4 investment properties and a world pandemic I found out being a Landlord was a big headache and the farthest thing from passive.

Fast forward to when businesses started opening after Covid, My first month in the business I purchased 27 mini claw machines. Once I placed the first machine, it almost became an addiction and I wanted to push myself to see how many of these machines I could own and place. The money coming in from each machine every month was pretty unbelievable too.
